ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
The Hartford County Bar Foundation was established on October 1, 1999. It is a charitable organization whose purpose is to develop, promote, provide and/or support programs of a charitable nature, which assist or benefit homeless, hungry, sick, disabled, unemployed and/or other disadvantaged or needy persons.
